Why my order shipping from China?
Because all of our products must go through the customs of China for security check due to COVID-19 influence. Thus, it usually takes more days on shipping. For preventing the spread of the virus and also protecting the safety of customers.

How long will it take me to receive it, and why so long?
Start from you place your order with payment done, total you have to spend 15-25 days on waiting your package. We are sorry for that long time. That’s because our products are all shipping from China and accept security check there. It will takes 7-10 days for checking and then go to your place.

How much is my shipping?
It is completely free, Our goal is to accumulate more loyal users, so we will provide shipping services completely free of charge, just for users to have a better experience and a good evaluation of us

When Will My Order Ship?
After placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. If your shipment status is missing or you’re unable to see your order status, click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

When Will My Backorder Arrive?
If the factory has no goods, our customer service will contact you, you can choose to refund the money or choose a different product, and we will notify you as soon as we have the goods available, and place a new order. If you are willing to wait, our delay will not exceed 1 week at most, and we will also communicate with you to give you some compensation within our ability (in past experience, there are few out-of-stock situations)

Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.
